Episode is built and operated by Numan Mumtaz. By using Episode you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. One person, one account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Episode.

Community rules

Episode includes per-episode discussions and reviews. To keep the community useful and respectful, do not post:

• Spoilers in threads where they are clearly off-topic.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or content targeting individuals or groups.
• Piracy links or content that infringes copyright.
• Spam, scams, advertising, or content unrelated to the show being discussed.
• Illegal, sexually explicit, or graphically violent material.

User content

You retain ownership of the reviews, replies, and lists you create. By posting, you grant Episode a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app and on related Episode surfaces. Episode may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at its discretion.

Show data

Show, episode, and image metadata is provided by TheTVDB. Discover feeds (Trending, Popular, Most Anticipated, Watched This Week) are powered by Trakt. IMDb ratings come from OMDb. Streaming availability is provided by Streaming Availability via RapidAPI. GIF reactions in discussions are provided by GIPHY. Episode is not endorsed or certified by any of these providers, or by any of the studios, networks, or rights holders of the shows it tracks.

Disclaimer & liability

Episode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to keep tracking data accurate and the service reliable, Episode is not liable for missed episodes, lost data, outages, or other indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using Episode at any time and request account deletion by emailing numan@getepisode.app. Episode may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Episode evolves. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
